The REALTAX SAVER analysis is a snapshot of the property as it existed at the time of transfer. Include any repairs, upgrades, etc. made after closing the sale but before the in-service date. Repairs, replacements, etc. made after the in-service date should be capitalized separately.

When choosing an answer, please select the answer that best describes the question. While accuracy is desired, exactitude is not required.

When counting bedrooms and baths, include the master and any guest rooms in the total. If a bedroom is used for alternate purposes like a home office or hobby room, include the room as part of the bedroom count.

Count half-baths as a full bath.

When choosing floor finishes, if more than one type of flooring exists, select the predominant type. For example, if a room is mostly carpeting but has accent areas of hardwood or tile, choose carpet as the flooring type.

If an element does not exist, leave the selection blank.

Only include appliances or other features that existed at the time of acquisition and were included in the purchase price.
